bouquet of damson plums, blackcurrant and violet aromas give way to a slight touch of hunting and leather notes. This richly
purple colouredMalbeccarries a velvety texture with long, soft flavours. Although it ages beautifully, firm tannins and mellow

Australian Cabernet Sauvignon - Int ( 0 - - ) The bold, individualistic style of Australia’s winemakers has unleashed the
full potential behind the ‘king of red grapes’, captured here in our Australian Cabernet Sauvignon. Combines forward
fruit flavours of cherry, raspberry and blackcurrant with a tremendous backing of tannin and structure. Rich and polished
with a long, layered finish warmly accentuated with oak.

Australian Shiraz - Int ( 0 - ) The grape that was made for Down Under - its hot climate perfec for bringing out
the best traits in this popular grape varietal. Australian Shiraz is seductively delicious, with startlingly rich, ripe aromas
that deliver right through to the full zesty finish. Amazingly, the style allows for polished tannins early, so the young
wine is not rough or harsh. The aged version retains the core fruit flavours of plums, cherries and blackberries, but gains
extra polish. Pair this Shiraz with flavourful meals!

Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon - Int ( 0 - ) Our Chilean version of this classic boasts black pepper and berry bouquets. Notably
flavorful, with tannins that develop with age. Pairs with beef, turkey, lamb and stews.

Chilean Merlot - Int ( 0 - ) Powerful fruit and spice flavor, with mellow tannins for a supple finish. Deserves
ageing, but will develop quicker than Cabernet Sauvignon and will stand up to the same food pairings.

Italian Amarone ( 1 ) Italian Amarone is
a very intense and complex wine, with a wide array of flavours and aromas. Deep ruby red, this heavyweight wine exudes aromas
of sour cherries, dark chocolate, stewed plums, dried fruits, anise, raisins, bitter almond, tobacco, leather and molasses,
and has a spicy-earthy bittersweet finish that lengthens on indefi nitely from the huge volume of tannins. Delightful with
food, Italian Amarone is often enjoyed by itself, sipped outside of mealtimes with good conversation and good friends.

Italian Barbaresco - Int ( 0 - ) Named for the village in Italy’s Piedmont region, recognized for its big,
powerful red wines, full of tannins in their youth, yet aging into complex wines, with lush aromas, robust fruit flavors,
and a dry, full finish. Similar in style to its Barolo cousin, yet more elegant and refined.

Italian Montepulciano - Int ( 0 - ) Montepulciano is a vigorous red grape variety widely planted over much of east-central
Italy, capableof creating deeply coloured, rich red wines with blackberry fruit flavours and spicy, peppery tannin levels.
Montepulciano generally produces wines that are smooth and mellow yet robust and mouth filling, with dependably high alcohol
content. Superb with veal and pasta – an Italian gem you won’t want to miss.

Italian Sangiovese ( 0 - ) Italian Sangiovese (san-joe-VAY-zee) has a bright red cherry character, overlaying
strawberry notes, with hints of violets and white pepper. It's medium body and long, wonderfully smooth, tannic finish is

New Zealand Pinot Noir ( 0 - ) New Zealand’s finest. A delicate wine with aromas of violet and luscious

Italian Verdicchio - Int ( 0 ) Verdicchio
is one of central Italy’s extremely popular white wine varieties, produced from the astonishingly lively Verdicchio
grape. Its name is derived from verde, meaning green, referring to the yellow-green skin of the grape, which gives the wine
a subtle, greenish hue. The aroma is delicate, light and fruity, and the flavour is pleasantly crisp and distinctly dry, with
bright lemony acidity and a fresh, elegant finish that cleans the palate. Verdicchio allows for early consumption and pairs
